Frequently asked

Before you write —

The questions we hear most often, answered up front so you can skip the back-and-forth.

Do you take reservations?

No reservations needed — the line moves quickly. For groups of twelve or more, send a note a day ahead so we can pre-pack pints to keep things smooth.

Are you open in winter?

The shop is seasonal. We close mid-October and reopen in May, but pints turn up at select Outaouais farm markets through the winter. Subscribe to the newsletter for dates.

What about allergies?

Our kitchen handles tree nuts, dairy, eggs and wheat. Vegan and gluten-free options are clearly marked on the board, but everything is made in a shared space — tell our team before you order if it matters.

Do you ship pints?

Not yet. Pints are available in the shop and at a handful of cafés around the Outaouais. We’re looking at limited Canada-wide shipping for late 2026.

Can we host an event?

Yes — we cater weddings, farm dinners and private parties around Chelsea, Wakefield, Gatineau and Ottawa. Five flavours, two servers, biodegradable cups, the whole thing.

Where do you source?

Cream and milk from a family dairy outside Wakefield. Eggs from a farm two kilometres from the shop. Fruit, honey and maple all from the Outaouais within 60 km of the door.
