Be kind, don’t copy our photography, and we won’t do anything weird with your email. We’re a small Quebec business and the website is here to help you find the shop and know what’s in the case.
By visiting www.lacigaleicecream.ca you agree to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to scrape, mirror, reverse-engineer, or otherwise extract its content at scale, and not to misrepresent yourself as us when sharing it.
The site is provided “as is.” We try to keep flavours, hours and prices current, but the in-shop board is the authoritative source — if there’s a difference, the shop wins.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and include applicable Quebec sales taxes. Online ordering, pre-orders and shipping are not yet live; anything you see on this website is informational.
Wholesale orders and event bookings are confirmed in writing by email after a signed quote. A 25% deposit secures the date for private events; the balance is invoiced after service.
We collect the minimum we need, store it in Canada whenever possible, and never sell it. This section explains what that actually means in practice.
